Refund & Return Policy

At Ojo Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Sale items, intimate apparel, and gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is faulty or incorrect).

3. Exchanges

• We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

• If you need an exchange, please contact us first before returning the product.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been shipped.

• After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
