Refund & Return Policy

At Ojo Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Sale items, intimate apparel, and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is faulty or incorrect).
3. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

If you need an exchange, please contact us first before returning the product.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been shipped.

After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
