At Ojo Luxe, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping terms below.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand seasons (sales, holidays), processing may take longer, but we’ll notify you of any delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently ship within Ireland, France, and other EU countries (you can adjust this depending on your scope).

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Ireland: 2–5 business days

    • France & EU countries: 5–10 business days

    • International orders: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their own packages once shipped.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

  • Certain items (e.g., cosmetics or liquids) may have restrictions depending on destination country laws.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

  • If your package is lost, contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
